Session timeout after a very short time

This relates to ticket #193.
I experience this problem and have previously reported it as #219 over a year ago. It is so serious that I am unable to use Swish at all effectively. As soon as I have downloaded a file the session terminates and despite the helpful discussion under #193 I can not find a way to work around it. I have no access to remote server settings and can not find a way to change local settings in any useful way.
Would it be possible to either publish a detailed configuration work-around for the Swish client side or to elevate the importance of this ticket so it is prioritised over more recent but less crippling issues?
It is most disappointing to read such excellent reviews of Swish and to have glimpses of how well it could work, yet not to be able to enjoy it to the full as others do.
